• Audit & Analysis
United Carlton offer a free audit of your print equipment and can advise you how best to utilise these printers and copiers to make them more cost effective by either the introduction of print management software or replacement of the more expensive to run items.
Our specialised audit solutions monitor your printer volume usage over a period, analyses your current costs based on that usage then provides a multipoint solution to reduce your quarterly printing spend.
• Fleet Management
Using our free management tool, FMAudit, all your network printers and copiers can notify us or an appointed member of your admin team with their requirement to keep them running smoothly:
• low toner levels, ensuring that you never run
• service calls when they run into problems on just need a routine check up
• meter readings to save you chasing round the building and writing them down.
• Installation
Our dedicated installation team works closely with our customers to ensure that all of their requirements are fulfilled at the point of installation.
Site survey’s performed by our account managers during pre delivery meetings ensure that all any additional resources required to carry out the installation, such as IT personnel stair walkers or cranes for the more difficult installations, are noted and arranged prior to delivery.
• Maintenance
United Carlton run a team of over 30 service staff covering deliveries, installation maintenance and support, all full trained to the highest standards and backed up by our extensive parts and consumables warehouse housing over £600,000 of stock.
Our service and maintenance KPI’s include a high rate of first time fixes, dedication to ensuring that all of our customer’s equipment is working and in excellent condition for the maximum amount of time and that we respond to any issues a customer may have within our agreed response time.

We recognise that sometimes your equipment maybe better utilised in another area of your company or at a completely different site which is why we provide a professional moving service allowing you to manage your electronic office equipment more efficiently.

United Carlton offer a project management service to assist our customers with their office equipment deployment. Our account managers work with the customer to ensure that all the resources required for their unique installation are prepared in advance and ensure that installation targets are met.
