During the last 14 years, the management team have successfully guided the company through an unprecedented period of growth. This means we’ve ensured financial stability for United Carlton, along with job security for our employees.

All members of the board remain very much ‘hands on’ and are rarely more than a phone call away from any of our clients. Each Director strongly believing that this level of accessibility offers great added value and helps us respond quickly to the needs and requests of our customers.

SALES

The sales team are the friendly experts you’ll speak to whenever you have a question. They’ll help you choose the right equipment, offer advice on new solutions and will be the first point of call in the unlikely event something goes wrong!

Trained to a very high level, our sales team always ensure our customers are satisfied and that everything is running smoothly. At United Carlton, you don’t just buy a product, you buy a service as well so we’ll be there to help long after the initial sale.

SERVICE CONTROL

For equipment servicing and consumable orders, our Service Control Team is there to solve all your problems. They have over 30 years experience helping our customers so, when reporting an issue, they’ll know exactly how to help. They can quickly arrange for a fully trained engineer to visit and get your company up and running again. Sometimes, they can even solve your problem over the phone allowing you to get back online quicker.

ENGINEERING

The heart of our whole maintenance department, this group of dedicated professionals know their job inside out. Trained to the highest standard, our engineers will respond to your issues in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.

IT

If it isn’t a mechanical issue you’re experiencing, you need our IT specialists! This team of experts are well versed in the way our products integrate with your current IT infrastructure.

Whether it’s a quick question about how your product works or you’re adding a printer to your existing network, they can help. They’re even able to remotely fix issues meaning you get on with work almost instantly.
